Booking Policy

  • CAN I RESCHEDULE?

    After your appointment is booked you are only able to reschedule once.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL THE DAY OF MY SESSION?

    Same day cancellation you lose one session from your package.

    Two or more rescheduling you loose one session from your package.

    Please be advised you are allowed one reschedule to refrain from losing a session from your package, please reschedule within 24-48 hours in advance not the same day.

Payment

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD?

    Payments and Bookings can be done through each products window schedule calendar. We accept all major credit cards including Apple Pay & Google Pay.

  • CAN I PAY AS I GO?

    All packages/class deposits MUST be paid in FULL prior to your confirmed appointment/ scheduled class day.

Refunds

  • HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?

    Payments are non-refundable & purchased sessions cannot be transferred to classes nor to another person.
